鈑金加工的基本流程:

　　The basic process of sheet metal processing:

　　1.剪切:指用剪切機(jī)從物料中獲得矩形工件的工藝過程。

　　1. Shear: refers to the process of obtaining rectangular workpieces from materials using a shearing machine.

　　2.沖裁:是指用激光切割或數(shù)控沖床對工件進(jìn)行沖孔的工藝過程。

　　3.沖裁:是指在普通沖床或其他設(shè)備上用模具獲得產(chǎn)品形狀的工藝過程。

　　6.成形:指在普通沖床或其他設(shè)備上，用模具使工件變形的工藝過程。

　　6. Forming: refers to the process of using molds to deform workpieces on ordinary punching machines or other equipment.

　　7.沖孔:也叫“翻邊”，是指在普通沖床或其他設(shè)備上，將模具形成的圓孔邊緣翻上來的工藝過程。

　　7. Punching: also known as "flanging", refers to the process of flipping up the edge of a circular hole formed by a mold on a regular punch press or other equipment.

　　8.攻絲:指在工件上加工內(nèi)螺紋的工藝過程。

　　9.鉸孔:指用鉆頭或銑刀將工件上的小孔加工成大孔的工藝過程。

　　11.鉚接:是指用沖頭或油壓機(jī)將鉚釘螺母、鉚釘螺釘或鉚釘螺母柱牢固地壓在工件上的過程。12.鉚接:是指先對工件進(jìn)行擴(kuò)孔，然后用沖床或油壓機(jī)將鉚釘螺母牢牢壓在工件上的過程。

　　11. Riveting: refers to the process of firmly pressing rivet nuts, rivet screws, or rivet nut columns onto workpieces using a punch or hydraulic press. 12. Riveting: refers to the process of first enlarging the hole on the workpiece, and then firmly pressing the rivet nut onto the workpiece with a punch or hydraulic press.

　　13.制圖:指類似鉚接的工序。用母槍將鉚釘螺母和其他連接件牢固連接到工件上的工藝過程。

　　13. Drawing: Refers to a process similar to riveting. The process of firmly connecting rivets, nuts, and other connectors to the workpiece using a mother gun.

　　14.鉚接:是指以鉚釘為工具，用模具、銼刀、磨床等將兩個或兩個以上工件緊密連接，加工兩個或兩個以上工件尖角的工藝過程。

　　14. Riveting: refers to the process of using rivets as tools, molds, files, grinders, etc. to tightly connect two or more workpieces and process the sharp corners of two or more workpieces.

　　24.整平:是指加工前后工件不平時，用其他設(shè)備將工件整平的過程。

　　25.退齒:指工件第二次提前帶齒修復(fù)的過程。

　　26.貼保護(hù)膜:指用能保護(hù)工件表面的薄膜保護(hù)工件表面的過程。面對面焊接連接的工藝流程。

　　37.植入焊接:指用植入焊槍將植入焊接螺釘牢固地焊接在工件上的過程。

　　37. Implantation welding: refers to the process of firmly welding the implantation welding screw onto the workpiece using an implantation welding gun.

　　38.焊接拋光:主要是指用磨床、銼刀等工具將工件的焊疤磨平、整平的工藝過程。

　　38. Welding and polishing: mainly refers to the process of using tools such as grinding machines and files to smooth and level the welding scars of workpieces.

　　39.預(yù)處理:是指在涂裝或噴粉前，用電解液對工件進(jìn)行脫脂除銹，并對工件表面進(jìn)行涂裝和清洗的工藝過程。

　　39. Pre treatment: refers to the process of degreasing and rust removing the workpiece with electrolyte before painting or powder coating, and coating and cleaning the surface of the workpiece.

　　40.刮削:是指用原子灰彌補(bǔ)工件表面缺陷，如焊接間隙或凹坑的工藝過程。

　　Scraping: refers to the process of using atomic ash to compensate for surface defects of workpieces, such as welding gaps or pits.

　　41.刮擦拋光:主要是指用平面磨床或砂布對刮擦后的工件表面進(jìn)行拋光的過程。

　　42.噴油:指用專用噴槍在工件表面均勻噴涂油漆的過程。

　　43.噴粉:指用噴槍在工件表面均勻噴涂粉末的工藝過程。

　　44.絲網(wǎng)印刷:是指用特殊油墨穿透特殊網(wǎng)格，在工件表面形成文字或圖案的工藝過程。

　　44. Screen printing: refers to the process of using special ink to penetrate special grids and form text or patterns on the surface of the workpiece.

　　45.電鍍:是指在工件表面鍍一層金屬以保護(hù)或美化工件的過程。

　　45. Electroplating: refers to the process of coating a layer of metal on the surface of a workpiece to protect or beautify it.

　　46.氧化:指在工件表面形成氧化膜，保護(hù)或美化工件的過程。

　　46. Oxidation: refers to the process of forming an oxide film on the surface of a workpiece to protect or beautify it.

　　47.噴砂:指用噴砂機(jī)對工件表面進(jìn)行噴砂處理的過程。

　　47. Sandblasting: refers to the process of sandblasting the surface of a workpiece using a sandblasting machine.

　　47.裝配:指將兩個以上工件裝配在一起的工藝過程。

　　47. Assembly: refers to the process of assembling two or more workpieces together.

　　48.包裝:指保護(hù)工件以方便運輸?shù)倪^程。

　　48. Packaging: refers to the process of protecting workpieces for easy transportation.

　　49.其他:斷差、拉拔、背壓、拔齒、沙拉通孔。

　　49. Other: fracture, pulling, back pressure, tooth pulling, salad through-hole.
