電氣成套設(shè)備一級維護
Primary maintenance of complete electrical equipment
(1)檢查母線及其下引線是否牢固。
(1) Check whether the bus and its down lead are firm.
(2)檢查二次回路接線是否牢固，熔斷器是否完好，并搖測絕緣電阻。
(2) Check whether the secondary circuit wiring is firm, whether the fuse is intact, and shake the insulation resistance.
(3)電容器柜的檢查：當空氣開關(guān)無電容器斷開時，對電容器控制器進行動作試驗，應(yīng)先接通，后斷開，調(diào)整過壓保護、欠流保護和投切的閾值。
(3) Inspection of capacitor cabinet: when no capacitor is disconnected from the air switch, conduct action test on the capacitor controller, which should be connected first and then disconnected, and adjust the threshold of overvoltage protection, under-current protection and switching.
(4)各指示燈應(yīng)完好，檢查并調(diào)整斷路器的漏電開關(guān)、熱繼電器、繼電器和多功能表計。

(5)檢查指示燈是否正常，控制器的開關(guān)位置是否正常，操作應(yīng)正常，手動調(diào)試機械聯(lián)鎖部分的關(guān)閉是否可靠。

(1)檢查抽屜開關(guān)推入或拉出是否靈活，機械鎖定是否可靠，接觸器觸點是否良好。
(1) Check whether the drawer switch can be pushed in or pulled out flexibly, whether the mechanical locking is reliable, and whether the contactor contact is in good condition.
(2)檢查斷路器內(nèi)各葉片彈性是否正常，滅弧裝置是否完好。
(2) Check whether the elasticity of each blade in the circuit breaker is normal and whether the arc extinguishing device is intact.
(3)檢查每個電纜頭的連接螺母是否擰緊。
(3) Check whether the connecting nut of each cable head is tightened.
(4)受電柜和聯(lián)絡(luò)柜的總開關(guān)斷開后，應(yīng)能靈活地抖出或用專用搖把抖出。所有變壓器的二次端子接觸良好，緊固無松動，一、二次線無霉變。
